FAQs

The turnaround time for your project will depend on a few key factors.

First, we need to collaborate on finalizing your color scheme and custom theme. This design consultation process typically takes about 2 days up to 1 week. After you love the design, production kicks in!

The production timelines come into play after your design is approved and depending on the quantity you order and whether we have all the stock available or need to order.

If your custom order requires bulk production, we kindly ask for additional time (1-3 weeks) to ensure everything is created perfectly. 

Yes! To use your artwork, we only ask that it is a transparent PNG file with good resolution and it must be one flat color.

If you are not sure about your design, please send it over to us and we will take a look at it and let you know if it’s something we can work with! 

In most cases, we can source and create exactly what you have in mind. However, if you have a specific product in mind that you'd like customized, bring us your find. If you've already found the perfect item, you're welcome to send it to us! We'll then work our magic and add your custom touches.

YES! Most definitely :) An important thing to keep in mind is that your order will take longer to receive because of International shipping, so please plan accordingly.

For international custom orders, we ask that you please allow at least 6 weeks before your event date for the entire process (2-3 weeks of that time being shipping). Your shipping cost will be based on what you order which will determine the package weight and size.

For the best possible timeline, we recommend placing your order at least 1 month before your event date. This allows us ample time to collaborate with you, create your custom products, and ensure delivery.

However, things come up, so in the event of a delay, the latest we will accept customers is 2 weeks before your event date - however, this will incur a rush fee of $75 due to rush production. Please keep in mind, we will have 1 week to design, create, and produce your products and 1 of the weeks will be shipping time.
